Pine Nut Cream

Use this delicious cream on the Black Bean Tacos or anything else that needs a dash of something tart and flavorful.

1 12 ounce box of soft silken tofu
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons corn starch
1 garlic clove, chopped

Buzz all of the above ingredients in your food processor until smooth.
